Buying an iPhone and celebrating it with a drink right inside the store? iBar, a bar built inside an Apple store, makes this an easy option. The hybrid concept needed an interior that would go together with the visual identity of Apple products, while providing a laid-back lounge atmosphere for a cup of coffee or a nice cocktail.

The concept represents the ever-growing role technology and various gadgets play in our lives — no longer limited to the work environment, they now accompany us all day long — including to a trip to a bar!

The center of gravity of the interior concept was, well, gravity itself. Many people, including devoted Apple users, do not know that the first logo of the Apple company had Newton seated under an apple tree as a symbol of sudden revelation. The interior of iBar consciously breaks the rules of gravitation, playing with optical and spatial illusions created by the use of glass and mirrors.
