A comfortable place for carefree summer days for a large family with five kids — this goal needed to be achieved on a rather compact scale (120 m2) which posed a considerable challenge. Moreover, the apartment needed to be just as cozy for a tête-à-tête getaway for the parents alone.
Luckily, the apartment was sold to them as a blank slate with no restrictions for planning, except for the placement of communications. This rare level of freedom was used to create a circular structure at the center of the apartment — a multifunctional unit serving as a corridor closet, a closed kitchen area, a transformable table for the meals of the whole family and a video-audio equipment area at the same time. The complex construction was created by Annvil from scratch, testing it beforehand on several prototypes.
The proximity of the sea and the abundance of pine trees seen through the panoramic windows inspired Annvil to focus on natural materials. The high-quality yacht-style floor makes the interior look and feel exquisite and elegant, while the dominance of white as a color provides a perfect backdrop for brighter accents. Intelligently placed mirrors make the apartment feel more spacious than its area suggests.
