Luckily, the apartment was sold to them as a blank slate with no restrictions for planning, except for the placement of communications. This rare level of freedom was used to create a circular structure at the center of the apartment — a multifunctional unit serving as a corridor closet, a closed kitchen area, a transformable table for the meals of the whole family and a video-audio equipment area at the same time. The proximity of the sea and the abundance of pine trees seen through the panoramic windows inspired Annvil to focus on natural materials. The high-quality yacht-style floor makes the interior look and feel exquisite and elegant, while the dominance of white as a color provides a perfect backdrop for brighter accents. Intelligently placed mirrors make the apartment feel more spacious than its area suggests.
