Residential Complex Villa 21 in Jurmala

Residential Complex Villa 21 in Jurmala

Residential complex Villa 21 is located in an exclusive part of Jurmala, only 70 meters from the seashore. The complex was designed as two modern three-story buildings with a rooftop terrace. There are 30 apartments in the complex with an area of 106 to 215 m2. The building has its own sports complex with a sauna and a swimming pool. The proximity of the seaside and pine trees are two significant environmental components that have inspired the creation of the interior where natural finishes like wood, glass, and mirror meet. White dominates the color palette and serves as a background for shapes, textures, and furniture. At the same time, the high-quality yacht-style floor makes the interior look exquisite and elegant.

The 120-m2-large apartment functions as a holiday house where the whole family can get together for a vacation. The apartment is designed for a family of seven, and the central theme here is – small space for a large family. The functional layout of the apartment is built around a circular trajectory with a central part that can be circled. The spatial center of the apartment consists of a large structure, which includes several functions – a corridor closet, a closed kitchen area, a transformable table and a video-audio equipment area.
