Virtual vs real life
The company is a full stack vertically integrated service with the largest Magento development team in Europe and US. The head office is located in Riga and employs around 150 people. The company works mainly with international projects and brands, such as Jaguar Land Rover, NewYork Times, Peugeot. The company has adopted a global vision for the business, and this is reflected in their office organization and environment, which is inspired by the top IT companies in the world. The IT industry requires continuous work in the virtual environment. Therefore, the purpose of the interior concept is to achieve a balance between virtual and real life. We followed the principles of a multipurpose workspace to create a self-contained working environment. Function-wise, the office is divided into two areas – work and leisure. The work area reflects reality and is dominated by natural finishes, plants, and light. The leisure area, on the other hand, associates with virtual reality and is symbolized by the synthetic finishes. The office works around the clock, so it is like a second home to many of the employees. Therefore, the office provides essential services such as catering, laundry, hairdresser, etc. We incorporated the informal atmosphere of the office into the interior by using graphics, textures, as well as themes from board and sports games.
